The Lions Cyclery Rail Trail Ramble is a supported bikepacking adventure that happens July 12-14th, 2019. We will ride from Kelowna up to the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Take the KVR to Idleback Lake, then thru Penticton, and back to Kelowna via the KVR from Naramata with camping in Okanagan Mountain Park.

The Rail Trail Ramble

The Rail Trail Ramble is an annual gravel and bikepacking event that takes place in the Okanagan. Run by cyclists for cyclists who are looking for adventure, gravel, and distance, all in one weekend.

What does supported mean?

The Rail Trail Ramble is a supported ride. This means that a support vehicle will be on hand to provide assistance for riders that need it. The support team provides food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks), drinks (water, coffee and beer!), and repair support as needed.

Should I Do it?

We’re not going to lie – even though this ride is supported, this ride is for experienced riders. You should have a lot of km’s under your belt, and be ready for heat, rain, whatever comes your way.
